ABOUT ME
I have an MA in Counselling & College Student Personnel Administration (Student Affairs) and have worked in senior management roles in university Student Affairs and Public Benefit Organisations (sometimes called NGOs or non-profits) for 40 years. Some significant work experience includes leadership training and development, supervising large teams, facilitating Transformation processes and Organisational Development, starting and running a research consultancy and an export business, and coaching men's basketball teams at university and high school levels. Integral coaching with individuals began in 2018 after participating in the UCT GSB Centre for Coaching (CfC) ACC course, and then strengthening my conceptual tools and experience via the CfC Professional Coaching Course in 2022-2023.

The Artist’s Way for Coaches
The Artist’s Way for Coaches course proved to be a valuable experience for the coaches involved and will continue now as a regular offering. The next course starts 21 January 2024.

On 25 August 2023 the UCT Graduate School of Business
(GSB) Executive Education team did a one day Artist’s Way
workshop with the theme ‘Authenticity and Teamwork in a
time of Transition and Change.’ Using a range of exercises
from the Artist’s Way and leadership development, we had
a fun, creative and productive session that culminated in
the production of this collage to capture the essence of
the day’s work. Jodie Martin, Head: Executive Education,
and his team were very pleased with the day and the
outcomes.

Enneagram for Couples
I have started offering coaching/debriefing sessions for couples using the Enneagram for Couples Report from Integrative Enneagram. Contact me if you would like to know more.

I now offer Enneagram for Teams using the iEQ9 Enneagram Teams Report. This process will help your team achieve a much deeper sense of awareness of each other's styles and ways of being in the world, which will help the team align and be more effective in achieving important outcomes. Depth Creativity
I am assisting Helene Smit and Pluto Panoussis who will run a Depth Creativity Course 4-5 May 2024 at the Cape Town Waterfront. Course details can be downloaded here and the application here.

I highly recommend: Enneagram Community of Practice run by Renate Landman and Ingrid Hurwitz. Meets the last Saturday of the month in the late afternoons. There is no charge to attend their community sessions and no RSVP is necessary. Everyone is welcome. The Mirror with Fran Saunders – making art – similar to The Artist’s Way except you make art between sessions. Was a very powerful and fun process for me the first few months of 2023. Contact me directly and I will forward your email to Fran.

Kwapa Camp is a safari guide training camp with no fences around the tents – a unique experience I thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend, in the very skillful care of Hélene and Francois.
